Harassment-Free Workplace

Complaint Process

Retaliation Prohibited
We will not tolerate retaliation against any individual for filing a complaint, participating in an investigation, or opposing any discriminatory practices in good faith. Retaliation is a violation of both company policy and federal and state law.

Employees who believe that they have been subject to prohibited harassment, discrimination and/or retaliation should immediately report the incident to Compliance@WorkifyStaffing.com or by phone in or outside the United States at
855-4WORKIFY. Staff may also report concern to any other reporting resource listed in the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.
