Prior to Workify, Wayne served as President of PeopleReady, a division of TrueBlue—the largest industrial staffing firm in the U.S. At PeopleReady, he played a pivotal role in business expansion, revenue growth, and operational excellence. His leadership spanned multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, transportation, waste and recycling, hospitality, and skilled trades staffing.
