Workify Staffing is pleased to announce the addition of three new leadership roles:
Meet Eric Froese
When Workify Staffing set out to redefine workforce management for the skilled trades, we knew we needed a leader who could think operationally and innovatively—someone who sees beyond today’s systems to what’s possible tomorrow. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Eric Froese as our new VP of Operations.
Eric isn’t new to the trades. He’s long carried a fascination for construction—one that seeded his 20-year career in staffing, with a strong focus on skilled trade recruiting and delivery. Over the years, he’s held roles from project-level staffing to executive leadership, always with an eye toward elevating process, technology, and human potential.
At Workify, Eric will lead the core recruiting and delivery engine—building scalable operations, integrating innovative tools, and refining execution across markets. His tech-enabled mindset and operational rigor make him the ideal architect for a future where workforce management is smarter, faster, and more adaptive.
In Eric, we found more than an operations leader—we found a builder at heart. Just as construction starts with vision, foundation, and structure, Eric’s approach will help us construct systems that support both clients and talent with integrity, clarity, and modern efficiency.
Meet Erik Hubl
At Workify Staffing, we believe growth is not just about scale—it’s about purposeful expansion. That’s why we’re proud to announce Erik Hubl as our new Vice President of Business Development.
Erik brings a relentless focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and connecting the right clients with the right talent. He approaches business development not as a numbers game, but as a mission: creating sustainable partnerships that move industries forward.
In this role, Erik will lead our client acquisition and growth strategy, working closely with regional teams to shape market presence, cultivate partnerships, and drive revenue in sectors aligned with Workify’s vision for next-generation workforce management. His approach combines market intelligence, consultative dialogue, and an unwavering commitment to delivering value.
As we push boundaries in how workforce solutions are delivered, Erik will help us articulate not just what we do—but why we do it.
Meet Christina Peterson
We’re excited to announce Christina Peterson as our new Director of Professional Placements. Christina brings a passion for helping professionals find fulfilling careers and a track record of building relationships that last. Her deep understanding of candidate needs and employer expectations positions her perfectly to elevate the quality and impact of our placements.
In this role, Christina will lead the sourcing, screening, and matching of high-caliber construction professionals, ensuring that Workify remains a trusted partner for both talent and clients. She will collaborate closely with business development, operations, and recruiting teams to design and scale placement strategies that align with our vision of next-generation workforce solutions.
What sets Christina apart is her commitment to connection and integrity. She believes in building placements—not just filling roles—that truly serve people’s lives and careers. At Workify, that ethos aligns with our mission to deliver meaningful work opportunities and long-term career satisfaction.
Join us in welcoming all three outstanding professionals to the Workify family.
